We created a central musical theme for the series based around American mainstream jazz. The relaxed rhythm denotes the time taken in the preparation of Maker's Mark and also the moments you choose to enjoy it. The melody takes on a more colourful personality nodding towards a subtle humour and the character of the drink itself. In this particular spot, we augmented the rhythm with our own recordings of a grandfather clock to add a sense of heritage and give some presence to the situation itself.
