Challenge

The campaign concept revolved around the 24-second shot clock rule in Basketball - a fundamental catalyst for tension, excitement and drama. To bring this to life, we helped craft a multidisciplinary film that weaves a mixture of 2D and 3D animation, NBA archive footage, and live-action footage.The film honours Tony’s greatest moments, celebrates icons Sabrina Ionescu and Damien Lillard, and unveils the new Supersport Watch along with the Tissot x NBA shot clock design.

Solution

The music and sound design for this project enhance the intensity and rhythm of basketball, with a percussive score that reflects the relentless ticking of the 24-second shot clock. Layered with the sounds of dribbles, sneaker squeaks, and crowd energy, the soundscape immerses the viewer in the game and underscores the clock’s importance as both a physical and emotional pulse of basketball, while maintaining enough dynamic range to accommodate Tony Parker’s voiceover.
